Brayden Locher Crowned
2022 FirstEnergy All-American Soap Box Derby Champ

Brayden Locher, one of twelve Owensboro racers competing in the 84th annual FirstEnergy All-American Soap Box Derby on July 23 in Akron Ohio, placed first in the Rally Stock Division marking the second time in recent years that an Owensboro driver has been crowned World Champ. This victory marked the end of a remarkable season in which Brayden won 30 Soap Box races, most in any age group or division.
